  • Your login is as follows:
    • User name: Your first initial and last name and the last four digits of your employee #. (Your employee # is located on your pay stub or check)
      • For Example: asmith1234
    • Password: Your complete employee #. It needs to be 8 digits. If your employee number is only 6 digits, you will need to add a 12 in front of it.
